Buying and using
The Monday Wellness Atlantis e-ticket ensures a full day of complete relaxation. With as many as 14 saunas, you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor saunas, while various air-whirling programs and relaxation therapies (for an additional fee) provide a special experience. Your visit can be further complemented by отдых in the thermal pool and cascade baths.
The e-ticket is valid only for the selected Monday.
Entry to Wellness Atlantis is only possible upon presentation of a valid e-ticket, which you will receive at your chosen email address immediately after payment in the online store.
Entry to Wellness Atlantis is permitted only to adults.
The e-ticket allows 3 entries to the Adventure World.
It is not possible to extend the validity of the e-ticket under any circumstances.
The Wellness Atlantis e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service of Atlantis Water Park.
For an additional fee, the e-ticket can also be used on weekends and other days.
Entry to the wellness center is possible only during opening hours, from 12:00 onwards.
No prior reservation is required for entry to Atlantis Water Park, but we recommend checking capacity availability before your visit.
We do not accept complaints after the visit has been completed or the e-ticket has been used.
Certain Wellness Atlantis services, as well as participation in events with a limited number of guests, require prior registration. Participation depends on available capacity.
We reserve the right to change opening hours and the operation of individual pools and saunas due to lower attendance, regular, urgent, or other maintenance work, and/or force majeure.
From 1 June to 30 September, Wellness Atlantis operates with limited capacity. You can check which saunas are open on the website: atlantis-vodnomesto.si/sl/informacije.
Additional information
in the event of increased visitation, Atlantis Water Park reserves the right to temporarily limit the arrival of new guests to ensure everybody’s safety. Increased visitation does not constitute grounds for complaints or refunds on the price of e-tickets.
If Atlantis Water Park is forced to limit its operation by 30% or more due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to a refund of their ticket price, but only in the event that they have spent less than 1 hour at Atlantis.
