Buying and using

The SPA Escape e-Ticket gives you access to the Thermal Pool, a magnesium salt bath, an infrared sauna, an experience shower, a relaxation area, and a waterbed.

• The e-ticket is valid on the date of purchase and can be used within 7 days of purchase.

• The SPA Escape can only be used upon presentation of a valid e-ticket, which is sent to your selected email address immediately after payment in the online shop.

• SPA Escape tickets may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.

• The validity of the e-ticket cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• The SPA Escape e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other service offered by Atlantis Water City.

• Swimwear is mandatory when visiting the SPA Escape.

• No advance reservation is required to use the SPA Escape; however, we recommend checking capacity availability before your visit.

• Complaints submitted after the visit or after the e-ticket has been used will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to change opening hours and the availability of individual facilities due to regular, urgent, or other maintenance works and/or force majeure.

Additional Information

In the event of increased visitor numbers, Atlantis Water City reserves the right to temporarily restrict entry in order to ensure the safety of its guests. A high number of visitors does not constitute grounds for a complaint regarding the e-ticket or for a refund.
