Buying and using
The Atlantis Water Park Adventure World Family e-ticket provides a full day of weekend fun for the whole family. The centre of the fun is the Adventure Pool, which, with 410 m2 of water surface, is also the largest indoor pool at Atlantis Water Park. The numerous outdoor and indoor pools, water slides, the underground grotto and the Spray Park are just more reasons to visit Atlantis.
E-tickets are valid on the day of purchase and are valid for 7 days.
The e-ticket is valid for entry on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, but can also be used on weekdays (at no extra charge) if you wish.
Entry to the Adventure World is only possible upon presentation of a valid e-ticket, which will be sent to the desired e-mail address immediately after payment in the online shop.
Family tickets can be purchased with either 2 adult tickets and at least 1 child ticket (up to a maximum of 10 children) or 1 adult ticket and at least 2 child tickets (up to a maximum of 10 children).
The purchase of a family ticket already includes a 10% family discount on the regular ticket prices according to the current price list.
Free entry for children under 4.
In no case is it possible to extend the validity of an e-ticket.
The Adventure World e-ticket cannot be exchanged for money or any other service of Atlantis Water Park.
You can also use the e-ticket from Monday to Friday at no extra charge.
No prior reservation is required for entry to Atlantis Water Park, but it is recommended to check availability before your visit.
We do not offer any refunds after the visit or use of the e-ticket.
We reserve the right to change the opening hours and to modify the operation of individual pools and saunas due to reduced attendance, routine, urgent or other maintenance work and/or force majeure.
The outdoor pools and outdoor water playgrounds at Atlantis Water Park are closed from October to June.
Additional information
In the event of increased visitation, Atlantis Water Park reserves the right to temporarily limit the arrival of new guests to ensure everybody’s safety. Increased visitation does not constitute grounds for complaints or refunds on the price of e-tickets.
If Atlantis Water Park is forced to limit its operation by 30% or more due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to a refund of their ticket price, but only in the event that they have spent less than 1 hour at Atlantis Water Park.
