Buying and using
E-tickets for Adventure World at Atlantis Water Park promise you a fun-filled day for the whole family. The epicenter of fun is the adventure pool, the biggest indoor pool that Atlantis Water Park has to offer with 410 m2 of surface area. A whole heap of other indoor and outdoor pools and slides, along with the underground cave and the Spray Park, make for all the more reason to visit Atlantis Water Park.
E-tickets are valid on the day of purchase and are valid for 7 days.
The e-ticket is valid from Monday to Friday.
Entry to the Adventure World is only possible upon presentation of a valid e-ticket, which will be sent to the desired e-mail address immediately after payment in the online shop.
In no case is it possible to extend the validity of an e-ticket.
The Adventure World e-ticket cannot be exchanged for money or any other service of Atlantis Water Park.
The e-ticket can also be used during the weekend for an additional fee.
You do not need a prior reservation to come to Atlantis Water Park, but we recommend checking how busy it is before your visit.
Students must show a valid student ID upon entry in order to benefit from the student discount.
Kids up to 12 years may not enter the pools without the supervision of someone 18 years of age or older.
No refunds will be issued after a visit or after the use of an e-ticket.
We reserve the right to change working hours and open or close individual pools and saunas due to low visitation, regular or urgent maintenance, as well as force majeure.
The outdoor pools at Atlantis Water Park are closed from October to June.
Additional information
In the event of increased visitation, Atlantis Water Park reserves the right to temporarily limit the arrival of new guests to ensure everybody’s safety. Increased visitation does not constitute grounds for complaints or refunds on the price of e-tickets.
If Atlantis Water Park is forced to limit its operation by 30% or more due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to a refund of their ticket price, but only in the event that they have spent less than 1 hour at Atlantis Water Park.
